Our Investment Process
We try to make quick decisions. End-to-end, we aim to make an investment decision within 6 weeks.
01
Quick Intake Form
It all starts with our open-access intake form.
To ensure that any founder has access to our deal team, we require all founders seeking investment to submit their pitch through our quick intake form.

02
Share More Information
If we decide to move to the next step, we request additional information to inform a conversation with our investment team, typically all general partners.
03
Introductory Meeting
If all still aligns, we have an introductory call with the partners via videoconference.
We don't do the typical pitch meeting where founders walk us through an investment deck.
Intro meetings are conversational, aimed at helping us learn more about the founders and business.

04
Diligence & Follow-Up Meetings
After a review of additional materials (data room), we have subsequent calls to meet all the founders and cover additional questions as we dive deeper into the business.
05
Final Diligence
Final diligence covers deeper legal review and final checks. It also includes a one-week collaboration surrounding a challenge the founders select.
