Prior to Elm AI, Advait played a pivotal role at Vernacular.ai (now Skit.ai), where he was the youngest engineering lead and contributed to scaling AI agents, leading to a successful $30M funding round.

Ken He is the Co-Founder and AI Engineering Lead at Elm AI, bringing expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and sustainability-driven technology. He previously worked in AI product strategy at Baidu, venture scouting at UpHonest Capital, and led projects at UCLA. Ken holds an MS in Information Science from Cornell University and dual bachelor's degrees in Cognitive Science and Economics from UCLA, where he specialized in deep learning, computer vision, and AI-driven decision-making.

Eesha Khanna is the Chief AI Officer at Elm AI specializing in building end-to-end LLM products and sustainability-focused software. She holds both a BSc and an MS from Cornell University, where she was a Merit Scholar and graduated summa cum laude. With expertise in AI research and applied machine learning, she is dedicated to advancing AI-driven solutions with a focus on impact and efficiency.

​Aparajita Thakker is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Elm AI, bringing over four years of experience in operations, strategy, and marketing. She previously founded a travel startup and has held roles at companies such as Mercedes-Benz and Chewy. Aparajita earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Emory University and an MBA from Cornell University.
